Are your jerk marinades and seasonings authentic?
Absolutely! Every product is handcrafted using traditional Jamaican ingredients such as Scotch bonnet peppers, pimento, fresh thyme, etc. Just like we would back home. No shortcuts, no compromises.
Are your products gluten-free or vegan?
Most of our seasonings and marinades are naturally gluten-free. Some are vegan-friendly as well! Check the product description for allergen details.
How long do your marinades last?
Our jerk marinades are made fresh and can last up to 6 months unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 6–8 weeks for the best flavor.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada (and soon to the U.S). For bulk/wholesale orders, contact us directly.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most customers receive their order within 5–7 business days.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! We offer local pickup in Barrie, Ontario. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
